1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using seksolution.com ("the Site") or any product or service offered by Souq e Kamil Trading & Solutions WLL ("Souq e Kamil", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. Description of services
Souq e Kamil is a Bahrain-based IT company offering, among other things:
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and custom software development.
- E-commerce platforms, mobile application development, and digital design.
- The retail of Minisforum Mini PCs, monitors, and accessories via souqekamil.com.
- Web hosting services via kamilhosting.com.
- AI productivity tools via leocreator.ai.
Each of our sister brands and products may be subject to its own additional terms, which you should review separately on their respective sites.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or enter into a binding agreement with us. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Use license
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial information needs. This licence does not permit:
- Republishing, mirroring, or redistributing any part of the Site.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of any software made available on the Site.
- Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or use of bots that consume disproportionate resources.
- Use of the Site to send spam, malware, or any unlawful or harmful content.
5. User obligations
When you use our Site or services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information where requested.
- Use the Site in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
- Not interfere with or disrupt the security, performance, or integrity of the Site.
- Not impersonate any other person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, images, software, designs, and trademarks — is the property of Souq e Kamil or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and international treaties.
The Souq e Kamil name, logo, and product names (including LeoCore ERP, Docutrack360, Fitness Assist, Expense Budget Wise, LeoCreator.ai, Kamil Hosting) are trademarks of Souq e Kamil Trading & Solutions WLL. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
"Minisforum" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owner. Souq e Kamil is an authorized reseller and references those marks for that legitimate purpose only.
7. Third-party services & links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Souq e Kamil. We have no control over — and assume no responsibility for — the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of such sites is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all related services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Souq e Kamil disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- That the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- That any information obtained through the Site will be accurate or reliable.
This does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law — such as the manufacturer's warranty for Minisforum products sold through our retail brand.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Souq e Kamil, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
- Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) BHD 100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Souq e Kamil and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
